Blue Shadow is a unique yacht, robustly constructed and a delight to sail. She is beautifully balanced and sails close into the wind even in low wind conditions. She moves through the water with grace and ease and she won many trophies during her racing days in the 70s, including boat of the year in 1978 in Mauritius. Over the years she's circumnavigated the globe while cruising and takes good care of her companions in all conditions, having survived two hurricanes mid ocean. Whether you choose to race or cruise, add your experiences onboard to the long history of this very special sailing vessel.
